Madhav Started his career as a student of engineering, After completing his engineering, he gained his Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Andhra Pradesh and a post-graduate degree in Political Science from the University of Mysore, Karnataka.
In the year 1981, Madhav was associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak. Where he was assigned to several jobs in the organization. He also started writing books and has been the editor of Bharatiya Pragna, a monthly magazine in English published by Pragna Bharati, and associate editor of Jagriti, a Telugu weekly. From Year 2003 to 2014 he served as the national spokesperson of the RSS.
