- The annual premium for this plan for citizens of Rajasthan is only ₹850, or approximately ₹70.8 per month.

Step1:- First login to SSO portal, Enter your username and password, you can use your email in username field also.
Step 2:-search and click on Ayushman Arogya Yojana.
Step 3:- Now next click on dashboard RTH/MAA-yojana
Step 4:- After that you will have to enter the Aadhar card, Jan Aadhar and the details of anyone you have.
Step 5:- As soon as you say Eid Generator, your details will be displayed and you will also see the option of Renu, you can click on Renu.
Step 6:- Choose your payment method, in that you will see credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay and netbanking, choose that option from your account.
Step 7:- After that Rs 850 will be debited from your bank and then you can download your form.
